Don’t Miss a Single Issue of Dr. Kim’s AgeWell Solutions Newsletter!

Please add [email protected] to your email address book!

Thank you for signing up to receive Dr. Kim’s AgeWell Solutions Newsletter. We want to ensure you don’t miss a single issue, or any important correspondence, from Dr. Kim.

That’s why in a time where unfortunately SPAM is an issue with many Internet and Email Service Providers (ISPs and ESPs), we want to make sure our emails don’t get accidentally blocked from reaching your primary email in-box due to the nature of our health content or layout of our emails.

And of course, you have our pledge that you will never receive unsolicited emails from us. And we will never rent or sell your email address to third-parties.

However, to make sure you keep receiving correspondence from Dr. Kim as you’ve opted in to receive, you need to add our email sender address, [email protected] to your email address book. This is known as whitelisting. And helps ensure continuous delivery without you missing a beat of what Dr. Kim has to say.

Since every email provider is different, below are some white-listing instructions for some of the most popular ISPs and ESPs. If you don’t see yours listed here, please contact them directly for white-list instructions.

Gmail

New Subscribers
You will need to add [email protected] to your Gmail Contacts List:

  1. Click Contacts along the left side of any Gmail page.
  2. Click Add Contact.
  3. Copy and paste [email protected] into the primary email address dialog box.
  4. Click Save.

Existing Subscribers
If you are already a subscriber but the email isn’t getting through, make sure that the email has not been mistakenly marked as Spam:

  1. Click Spam along the left side of any Gmail page.
  2. Checkmark the box next to the email.
  3. Click Not Spam button along the top.

IMPORTANT: Remember to check your ‘Promotions’ tab at the right, top of your In-Box. If you see Dr. Kim’s emails go there and not your ‘Primary In-box’, please  select box, hit star, then flag. By doing this you have automatically moved your email from the ‘Promotions’ to the ‘Primary’ in-box and all emails going forward should now be delivered to your inbox.
